Resolve gives the end user the ability to create customers and have locations under those customer and sub locations under those locations. From each location you may create work tickets/jobs that you can assigned technicians to. Equipment information can be stored on the location as well and can also be associated to jobs.
Resolve allows you to create schedules for your technicians and then to be able to dispatch them from our configurable dispatching board. The board will allow the end user to configure it in nearly any way they want.
From both a work ticket or directly on the schedule board the user can page the data of their choice on a work ticket to a field tech or techs with just a few clicks. Resolve will allow you to page to your outlook, SMTP Server or an SNPP server. Resolve works great with Nextel phones.
One of the best features of Resolve is the ability to link to QuickBooks. Resolve allows the user to link Customer Data, Invoices, Payments, Inventory and Vendors from and to QuickBooks. Rather than double keying everything you key it once through Resolve then simply transfer it to QuickBooks.
Resolve has many other features such as Agreements, Inventory, etc. Resolve is the primary product of Ansisoft.NET and is expected to have many more additional features in the near future.
