Mobile2Server Troubleshooter v2.0 - Connect remote server from your mobile.
With Mobile2ServerTroubleshooter v2.0 (M2ST), one can troubleshoot a remote server easily using its own mobile device. The application is based upon J2ME MIDP2 technology and establishes secure connection between the mobile device and a remote server, hence, giving the user flexibility to connect with its server from anywhere, anytime. All user has to do is to open this application on his mobile device, establish contact with the server and give necessary system commands using virtual keypad to the server. Unlike telnet, M2ST encrypts data on mobile side for ssh connection before sending it to the server to prevent any unauthorized access on its way. The only prerequisites to run this application is to have a mobile device that supports J2ME MIDP2 technology (kindly refer your mobile user manual to verify this), And secure shell (ssh) and/or telnet on server side. The application is compatible with many new technologies like Blackberry, ssh and telnet. Besides that, the application provides extensive features like color GUI and customized Font Selection. In short, M2ST is developed to provide round the clock connectivity with the remote server; hence, we can always say that ‘Server is in my pocket’.
