Personal Mail Server Pro is a SMTP/POP3 mail server program you can use as a personal local SMTP server or as a stand-alone fully featured mail server. You can use the product along with any mail clients that are complaint with the standard SMTP/POP3 protocols. This server does everything from accepting email messages on behalf of your users, storing them in a queue to sending and receiving them over the Internet. Configuration process is absolutely transparent; no complicated settings and options; no special skills are required. Personal Mail Server Pro offers a range of security features and options that allow you to protect the server from DDoS attacks, stop SPAM and spammers. This software is designed as NT service and keeps working in the logoff mode. Testing mode is also available that you can use to check if your email clients work correctly without actual message delivery. SMTP gateway servers can be additionally used to improve message delivery in case if you travel a lot with your laptop. The program also supports parameterized mailing list management for your mass mail needs.
