While a web page is loading, images are shown as "placeholders" - simple boxes that indicate where an image is going to be displayed until the image itself is downloaded. If the dimensions of the image are not specified in the web page, these boxes will probably be of a different size than the image itself. This results in areas of the web page moving around as the page is loaded, making it difficult for the reader to navigate around.
dImage attempts to solve this problem by automatically finding the dimensions of the images in a web page, and inserting these dimensions into the web page. All you need to do is tell dImage the name of the web page you want to fix.
