Healthcare Barcode Label Application helps the healthcare industries to improve the productivity and efficiency by creating the high-quality barcode labels, tags and stickers. Software provides a basic interface due to which a non-technical user can also generate the barcode labels easily by using it. User can also copy the designed barcode labels and paste them in various windows application like MS-Word, Paint and MS-Excel. User can use the following steps to generate the barcode labels for the healthcare industries-
Step 1: Create a new barcode in two different modes- quick barcode mode and barcode designing view mode.
Step 2: User can change the barcode value, header text, footer text, alignment, density, bar height etc. as per their need.
Step 3: Change the appearance of the barcode by adjusting the general settings like bearer bar, narrow to width ratio, character grouping, margins etc.
Step 4: Improve the look of the barcode label through various ways:
* Change the font settings, color settings and image settings of the barcode label.
* In the barcode designing view mode, Use the various designing tools like text, signature, picture, custom shapes, watermarks etc.
Step 5: Create multiple copies of labels with different barcodes and text values by using the batch processing series option. User can use the batch processing feature in two ways by custom data sheet or by using created data list.
* Create a new excel file or text file and put different barcodes and text values in it.
* Import this file into the data sheet and multiple copies of labels with different barcodes and text values will be generated.
Step 6: By using the advanced print option, print multiple barcodes labels at the same time with general printer or the barcode label printer.
Step 7: Export the barcode label in image or pdf format and save the barcode label image in various file formats like jpeg, tiff, bitmap, png etc.
