Live chatter window on local pc will blink that a visitor has requested to chat with the operator. Operator will click a link to chat with that visitor.

ASP scripts to host them on your site (these will be used by the visitor on your site to chat with you). SQL database scripts to generate tables which will be located on your site server (they will store all of the chat communication between you and the visitors).
